The heat shrink tubing baking machine is an open aluminum alloy structure heat shrinking baking machine. It adopts far-infrared heating tubes (uses heat radiation to heat and shrink tubes for new energy wire harnesses). It is widely used for the heat shrinking of common heat shrink tubing of electronic wire harnesses, the heat shrinking of heat shrink tubing of new energy wire harnesses, as well as the heat shrinking and baking, drying, etc. of heat shrink tubing of products such as circuit boards, copper bars of transformers, inductance coils, and hardware accessories (the heat shrink baking size range is small, but the product size is relatively long), replacing traditional ovens.

The independent control electric box is far away from high temperatures; the heating box is designed with double layers, and there is high-temperature insulation cotton (with a temperature resistance of 1200°C) in the middle, so that the surface temperature of the box will not be overheated, which not only makes the working environment comfortable but also reduces energy waste.
