HS-RSJ Heating shrinkable sleeve machine adopts a 4.3-inch color TFT industrial automated PLC and is controlled by the human-machine interface, with simple operation, stable work and high efficiency; the heat shrink tubing is automatically fed, and the baking length can be freely set, and the baking position can be adjusted through the positioning device; the production capacity can reach 700-2500 terminals per hour (depending on the speed of manual on-line and processing technology), and the equipment has great compatibility.

By replacing the jig, various specifications of wire material processing can be achieved; it is mainly suitable for wire processing in the wire harness industry, generally for electronic components and whole vehicle wire harness products, power cord connectors, and DC plugs that require an insulating layer or for the use of terminals without an insulating layer in the home appliance industry.
