The heat shrink tubing is automatically fed and cut, and the baking length can be freely set in cooperation with the jig, and the baking position can be adjusted through the positioning device; the production capacity can reach 700-1500 terminals per hour (depending on the manual on-line speed and processing technology); the equipment has great compatibility, and various specifications of wire material processing can be achieved by replacing the jig; it is suitable for wire processing in the wire harness industry, generally for electronic components and whole vehicle wire harness products, power cord connectors, DC plugs that require an insulating layer or for the use of terminals without an insulating layer in the home appliance industry.
